Although the Port Canaveral/Orlando is geared toward welcoming visitors and has many hotel rooms to choose from, we recommend you make your reservations in advance, especially during the busy periods for cruises (e.g. school holidays and summer) or during special events when hotels might be booked up. This will help ensure you are able to get your preferred hotel and room type.

We also recommend you call the hotel you are interested in to check the availability of their ‘Park & Cruise’ packages as there may be a limited number of rooms available with this offer and some hotels may only offer this option if you make the reservation directly with them.

Radisson Resort at the Port is the closest full-service resort to Port Canaveral so you’ll be at your cruise terminal in no time if you opt to stay here before your cruise. They have recently renovated their rooms and have several options to choose from – from deluxe rooms to two-room suites. You’re sure to find something suitable for two, for for the whole family. 

They have two cruise package options to choose from, both of which include shuttle service for up to two people per room and parking for one car, with one package also including breakfast for two. Additional people can be booked for the shuttle at $12/person round trip. If you don’t book the “Park & Cruise” package you can still add parking and shuttle services to your reservation at check-in (click here for rates).

Less than one mile from Orlando International Airport (MCO) this would be a great choice for those that come in later in the evening the day before their cruise and want to get to relaxing as quickly as possible.

This hotel offers an evening reception in the open-air atrium, and then you can relax in the pool or whirlpool. The morning will bring a made-to-order breakfast with custom omelettes, fresh fruit, and waffles. All this in a hotel that renovated their suites in late 2016 with contemporary designs and upscale furnishings. Their rooms are all two-room suites with queen-sized sofa beds that could easily accommodate four people – perfect for families or two couples travelling together.

Located just steps away from the beaches of Cocoa Beach, this hotel is in the perfect place to relax in the sand, catch some waves, or do some kayaking in the Banana River Lagoon and see some marine wildlife in its natural habitat. All rooms have direct beach access and some have private balconies with ocean views. 

This hotel actually has two options for shuttles. The first is their “Fly, Snooze, and Cruise” which includes transfers from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the hotel, then to the port, and then return to the airport after the cruise. The second is the “Park and Cruise” which includes parking for the duration of the cruise and round-trip shuttle for two to the cruise terminal (an extra person is $10/round-trip).

There are a snack shop and an on-site convenience store for last-minute cruise snacks and hot breakfast is included daily.
